Interesting poll on Asiya Bibi case and Khadim Rizvi

.
Interesting choice of words to explain a very simple issue facing Pakistanis.

Lack of trust for the institutions compounded by governments inaction.

This indicate what a highly polarised society we have become.

This is the most interesting part notice the green?

Good to see that youth believe in rule of law and those 50 plus are the ones who brainwash under 30..

You can interpret this as you please. Still not a good sign if one wants supremacy of Law in the country

A generation willing to defy bigots for rule of law what a wonderful direction this country is taking.
Mr House said it best
This is just the start this is where it all begins :D

Would be interesting to see the breakup of the 30 to 50 age group
30-40 grew up in a completely different world compared to the 40-50
I would advise against limping them both together

My friend education and extremism have little to no correlation in the Pakistani context and neither is poverty. Even in UK you will find British Pakistani graduates holding disturbing views. It will take at least another generation for this problem to settle down.

The problem is Pakistani's have taken to using religion for political goals and in everyday dealing. Unlike most other Muslim who use Islam as a personal force for good in Pakistan we use it to repress others. Instead of me waking up, praying and using my faith to do good all day. Be nice to people, clean my neighbourhood, help old people, help the poor, smile to people, help out somebody facing problems etc etc.

Instead we wake up, pray. Then cuss that women because she is not dressed the way I tink she should be dressed. Give her a look and call her a 'whore', meet a guy and ask him "are you Muslim" if he says "no" look down on him and make it known you think he is no good and will go to hell, watch the news and find somebody said bad about Muslims in Australisa. Go out and burn a car or two and use that excuse to break into the shop and steal some fruit etc etc.
