Indo-US Air Force conference in Kerala Monday
Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 14 : The 15th Indo-US Air Force Executive Steering Group (ESG) conference will begin Monday at the Southern Air Command Headquarters here.
The three-day conference allows the delegations of the two countries to discuss policies and mutual exchange programmes for bilateral defence cooperation, a defence spokesperson said Sunday.
The annual conference is held alternatively in the two countries and this year the Southern Air Command has been chosen as the venue.
While the 13-member US Air Force delegation is led by Lt. General Herbert J. Carlisle, Commander 13 Air Force USAF, the 16-member Indian Air Force delegation is led by Vice Chief of the Air Staff Air Marshal P.K. Barbora.
