Indian expertise for UAE counter-terror centre
India is likely to pool in its counter-terror expertise into a new US-backed institution in Abu Dhabi. The institution is expected to develop a counter-narrative to global extremist propaganda and undermine extremist ideology.
The idea of an International Center of Excellence for Countering Violent Extremismwas floated just before the launch of the US-initiated Global Counter Terrorism Forum in New York, last September. GCTF is a group of 30 members that includes 11 Muslim majority nations.The new centre is expected to be ready by October 2012 .
The GCTF has asked its members to nominate experts to the center.Although the proposal for sending a team is still under consideration, source said the Indian team is likely to include 40 experts, largely drawn from various academic disciplines, and people who have experience in handling extremism.

If recent trends are believable,middle east is standing on its feat to resist the extremism. Middle east is the home ground of ISLAM and if its people are against terror,I srtongly feel that other Muslim countries will follow it slowly-2.
