If there are such rare cases then on many occassion kashmiris also support the army...especially when army is trying to get locals to surrender and asks parents to call back their children....

more notable comparison would be how people showered security forces with affection after operation black tornado ended...

People asking for autograph of a black cat commando who took part in operation....buses carrying them were showered with flowers..

People showering flowers on body of hemant karkare when the remains were being taken for cremation....
