NEW DELHI, Sep 1 (APP): India has set aside Rs. 299.87 crore to launch propaganda against Pakistan in Indian occupied Kashmir.

The Indian Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) gave its approval for implementation of the Jammu and Kashmir Special Package (Phase-II) for improvement of services of both All India Radio and Doordarshan in IOK with a purpose “to effectively counter the influence of propaganda form Azad Kashmir and Pakistan.”

An amount of Rs.299.87 crore has been allocated for implementation of this package, it was officially said.

The amount will be used for generation of software from diverse sources for the Doordarshan Kashmir Channel with Rs.267.70 crore and Purchase of equipment and related works worth Rs. 32.17 crore.

The special package would enable the Doordarshan Kashmir channel to improve

its viewership by providing wholesome programmes to its viewers in the occupied Kashmir and to effectively counter the influence of propaganda from Azad Kashmir and across the border.

It would also help in generating high quality programme content and streamline and strengthen the terrestrial broadcast infrastructure in the State, it was officially said.

Nice excuse. Pakistan is spreading propaganda in Kashmir so India is doing the same to counter Pakistan! Like America is called the land of a thousand dreams India should be called the land of propaganda or even better... "the land of a thousand tears".. hehe.:lol:
 
Thats really sad. For some accepting the realities really hurt!
