India to give Pakistan fresh list of most wanted fugitives; Dawood on top

After being embarrassed by errors in its most wanted list, India has now prepared a fresh list. The new list of 50 most wanted men will be handed over to Pakistan this week.

The Home ministry has done thorough checks on all inputs provided by investigating agencies to ensure that the list does not have any errors.

Once again underworld don Dawood Ibrahim has come back on top of the list after the death of Al Qaeda member Ilyas Kashmiri. Top Home Ministry Sources said Dawood has upped his underworld activities in India with recruits from Nepal and the Gulf.

Second on the list is Mumbai underworld don Chhota Shakeel, who operates from Pakistan.

The Ministry of External Affairs officials are to hand over the list to the Pakistan High Commissioner in New Delhi.

Pakistan will also be informed about the two persons, whose names had erroneously been included in the list.

The two persons named in the list were found in India. While one of them was living in Thane near Mumbai, the other is in a jail in the metropolis.

Is Pakistan also going to be given evidence/proof first that they are in pakistan and second evidence of wrongdoing by these people. I mean last time some of the people were on the list that were in india. Does India want pakistan to prove that these people are not in Pakistan. If so what would constitute proof. Or as usual are they going to allege and then as judge say that they are in pakistan

If the people of Pakistan are intereseted in a cordial relation with the people of India these elements need to be put aside and that requires that these most wanted men for terrorizing the sub-continent need to behind bars to atleast kept in house arrest in Pakistan were ever they are found. if you guys agree with that then there is no need to put Kashmir as a block stone that stops all bilateral ties.

They have evaded Indian Territory, we assume that they are in Pakistan and ask Pakistain Establishment to look for them.
If you are asking for evidence then you are saying that we should send in some agents in to your territory and get evidence and get out to provide you the same to make sure you put these persons on trail or hand over to India. you might demand that but we don't want to mess up with your soverinity like your friend US.

well you understood wrong. pakistan will cooperate under normal international relations. You provide us proof that these people are in pakistan. You provide evidence of wrongdoing and our courts will decide. pakistan aint saying no get lost we are saying follow normal interantional rules and norms. i mean the last list was a joke you were asking pakistan for people that were in indian custody. Now lets say they were in india but not in custody. i am sure thats not impossible. we turn around and say the guys not in Pak and you lot then throw tantrums about us not cooperating with you..
