Foreign visitation sport programs, to spar and compete against.
More infrastructure.
More monetary investment on individual sports, money DOES buy medals.
More national competitions per year and sports meets.
Emphasis on regimes like practicing everyday for entire year.
And most importantly curing and better management by sport authorities.
