The first 100 days of Tabdeeli might not be going as one expected – the stock market is crashing, the dollar rate is up again, University of Peshawar students are beaten for protesting and yet no one is commenting on these and similar stories that are alarming as days pass by.

After the threatening episode between India and Pakistan, the real test started for the government where all eyes are on Imran Khan and Co. for making crucial steps and decisions in terms of their foreign relations.

However, while there are graver issues impeding the progress of Pakistan, Prime Minister Imran Khan believes that tourism is less in Pakistan due to the sanitary conditions of the country.

IN A PRESSER, IMRAN KHAN TALKED ABOUT HOW TO MAKE PUBLIC TOILETS IN PAKISTAN BETTER
PM Khan stated that petrol pumps and CNG stations have been given an order to clean their toilets. Khan then mentioned that outside every toilet, there will be a WhatsApp number where the customers can message and complain about.

Toilets in Pakistan
PM Khan said toilet facility is available just to 42% Pakistanis and lack of this facility also impacts upon tourism

PM directives to all the Petrol Pump owners to clean their public toilet from today and If any Petrol Pump’s toilet found dirty to send the image via WhatsApp and government will take against Pump owner.

He further said that administration of all petrol pumps and CNG stations have been ordered to keep toilets there neat and clean, or else they would be penalised.

Emphasising the need for cleanliness, he noted that the facility of toilets is only available to 42% Pakistanis, and that lack of it also affects tourism.

“Government will ensure during the next five years that there is a toilet in every house”, he added.

Nice move.

We should increase toilets specially in overcrowded Lahore and Karachi, they are becoming dirty due to lack of toilet. I wonder no politician raised this issue before.
People are getting diseases due to dirty streets of Karachi, and some other cities.

Another thing that is common in India and Pakistan i.e lack of toilets

Imran is getting influenced by non other than PM MODI himself.

Khan saanp is turning into a Pakistani Modi.
Have you ever visited Karachi, faisalabad, jhang areas, gojra, Peshawar, larkana, thar, gujjar Khan.
:disagree:

There is nothing wrong to follow modi model to overcome toilet issue, major cause of dirty streets, roads, around areas and pollution.
I think we are Also following Norway model, Turkey model, China model. But looks like 1400 old Medina model is impractical in Pakistan. Nobody want to follow it even Imran Khan promised it but he went to follow Norway model.

I live in Karachi, have visited almost all districts of sindh, my paternal village is in Kpk and visited punjab once in my life. Still very young and will visit again. But there is no issue of toilets, specially where you can find mosque in every next street and with every mosque their is always some multiple toilets, their are offices, school etc. No one will stop you to use toilet. Its people that need some awareness. Talking about karachi then it has become a completely the city of charsis and you cannot expect any civilised behavior from them even crime rates are going up due to them.

Just look at plethora of current challenges faced by Pakistan, and the diversion tactics of fake rulers....

Seems like a good move

Little things will make Pakistan a better place for all

Khan just cant spend 4 years trying to clear the mess and ineptitude of PMLN and PPP he must try to change Pakistan

So PTI should only spend time on fixing the mess left by the previous clowns and mot try to better Pakistan bit by bit?

Why do you want Pakistan to suffer?

Mosque toilet opens for limited time, They close it after prayer. Things are changed, you can get trouble if poti/shit comes wrong time then it leaves no choice for people. There is serious water issue too. So they want to close it as soon as possible.

Baboons are too thick to understand, clean sanitation leads to better quality of life, the amount of dust and pollution is already alarming when driving a car, its so bad you cant open the car windows, unless you are travelling in northern areas where altitude is much higher and less traffic.

No, Mosque toilets always have separate management and separate enterance. most people prefer to use them then their are toilets everywhere in every building. You really need to learn manage things instead of making excuses. Its completely a non issue in urban areas. May be rural have a different story.
