Well.. this is exactly what i have been saying 'madar pidar azaad' media...

They don't have a clue about the trends.. about the role of media.. about the concept of gradual change..

I think these channels need to start 'anchor' and 'guest' learning programs.. better would be to teach them how to 'analyse' and what the 'analytic methodologies' are..
