You can use the lightening to headphone jack connector. One connector is given free in the box with the Iphone 7.

Its separate retail price is around Rs 500 if you want an extra one.

That doesn't happen for 99% of the people.
What if I want to use aux and charge my phone in the car at the same time and don't tell me it doesn't happen. people do want to charge and listen to the music simultaneously while on the long road trips

What you guys are saying is theoretically right. But practically it either does not happen or happens negligibly.

Most car's sold in India now have bluetooth connected sound system/screen built-in or in case they are not people install bluetooth head unit system in their cars because they are now very cheap - starting from Rs 2,000/- and cops charge a heavy fine if caught talking on the phone.

I can only imagine that if this is the case in India, I would presume that such would be the case in all major economies like USA, UK, China, Germany etc which in any case are more economically well off than India.

So when are large percentage of your consumer base does not need a particular feature, it does not become a deal breaker issue for them. I am not saying this will not be a issue for quite a few people, but for majority of apple's clientele, this would not a big issue because they were using bluetooth in the car annyways.
