Yes it seems so.
There were plans to retrofit some new planes with SAR via Raytheon. I thought that plan has materialized but apparently no so.

you should have let @shaheenmissile figure it out him self. a quick wiki search would have answered his question. just by looking at it you can tell its a dassault. more specifically it's a dassualt -20

It is a Dassault Falcon 20 of PAF No. 24 Squadron "Blinders"

We have two planes modified for ELINT/ECM missions (Electronic signals Intelligence/Electronic Counter Measures)

Th jets were over-hauled and upgraded in 2007-2008

It is ECM, surely not much accurate details are known in public. However these were bought in the 80s so quite old system. One thing i know is that almost all the systems were upgraded and modified by our self somewhere in 2002-2005 time frame to bring these on par to the current challenges. Also there were rumors that this was a stop gap measure enabling PAF to make do for some years as there were plans to induct new platforms, that we all know have not gone anywhere so far.
