i still wonder when one can start a thread

I have i guess around 90+ posts , i had my introduction in this forum as others but after 30+ post i started my introduction.

WHAT I WANT TO ASK IS THAT WHEN I CAN START MY OWN THREAD , I MEAN AFTER HOW MANY POSTS , COZ I HEARD THAT THERE IS A NUMBER LIMIT OF POSTS AND THEN ONE CAN START A THREAD????

SO IT WILL BE VERY NICE OF YOU TO EXPLAIN HOW THIS WORKS AND AFTER HOW MANY POSTS I CAN START MY OWN THREAD AND WHERE I CAN SEE THAT THREAD STARTER BUTTON.

and you will soon be promoted to Registered Members group so then you will be able to create threads in most of the forum
