I NEED HELP!!!!!!

Salam guys, accidently i changed the skin/format to a phones version and its really difficult to browse on PDF, i really want to go back to the pakistan defence 0.1 version can somebody PLZ help me, i tried the settings but didnt get the option to convert it back.

i tried to clear the cookies but it didnt work firstly i use a phone but still i could use PDF in the original way, man this version is TOO crap.
