I have made previous posts on this topic before, however things have changed now. Government has won seat of senate chairman and deputy chairman. They have passed a massive obstacle. If Gilani had won he would have never allowed bills to pass.
How do one pass legislation?
The system works like this. Government or opposition presents Bill in National assembly. The side with majority gets the bill passed. The bill goes to senate. Now its upto senate to pass the bill sent by NA or reject it. The side with majority senators decides the fate.
Who really has the majority?
Government and its allies have majority in National assembly. It can pass bills and legislation easily through National assembly. However opposition has still slight majority of few senators. So does this mean government can't pass bills? . The president of Pakistan can summon session of NATIONAL Assembly and Senate whenever he deems it fit. He can either summon National Assembly session or session of senate or he can summon joint session of both lower and upper houses. President can do this under Article 54-1 of Constitution of Pakistan. Which states
" The President may, from time to time, summon either House or both Houses or Parliament in a joint sitting to meet at such a time and place as he thinks fit and may also prorogue the same"
So If president Arif Alvi summons joint session of both Houses. Pti has majority and this way it can pass bills.

All the parties need to:

Give 30% tickets to under 35 age representatives

Core committee should have 30% under 35 reps

30% of ministerial roles should be given to under 35s

This should be passed immediately as 60% of people in this country are under 35 so why are we being monopolised by gen Y ?

.
they did not even bother to go there ,passing bill is something else .no hope from politicians
