How to reduce energy crisis in couple of days

First of all we have to see to it that why is there an energy crisis. And
The only reason I came up with is miss-management. And also the reason
We haven’t increased our power generation but we can still work of a
Solution within our resources.
The solution I came up is completely apply able by the next date of its
Approval. Because the crisis we are facing is energy shortage. So a solution
Is only one not a single watt of energy getting wasted?
The solution is managing our energy needs according to the availability of
Energy we have. In cities we have 5 kinds of sector which use energy.
(According to the least info I have may be experts can come up with better
Solutions)
1-Industrial use
2-commercial - retail use
3-commercial - whole sale use
4-office use
5-home use

1-Industrial use cannot be disturbed so we will leave this sector alone and
There will be no shortage to this sector.

2-commercial-retail
3-commercial-wholesale
These 2 sectors are very important and can spare almost 70% of energy
Shortage by just getting managed properly.B4 any solution we must know that
What is the use of energy in these two secters.in retail and wholesale shops?
Due to miss-management for last 6 years the timing of the shops has been
Changed from (9 to 7) to (12:30 to late night) also included the restaurants
And other takes away centers. So we need strict timing for these sectors
Which must be followed completely everywhere.
Now the question arose that what kind of timing there would be which would
Be acceptable to everyone, I know that last go tries to apply timing to the
Commercial areas but it didn’t work. The reason was there was no homework done
Just by saying commercial areas must be closed at 7 doesn’t help. If we have
To make strict timing then if must be applied everywhere and must be
Acceptable everywhere. So how we can come up with a timing which is
Acceptable to everyone. In my opinion if we take 2 peak hours (7:30 to 9:30)
Of customer from commercial then we should give them something alternative,
So we can give them two whole peak days of customer.

The solution is very simple for retail markets we make strict timing (10 to
7) Wedensday, thusday, Friday, and (11 to 10:30) Saturday, Sunday. 2 holidays
For whole sale markets =timing (10 to 5) Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday. 3
Or 2 holidays
Restaurants close at 10:30pm Friday Saturday Sunday.

Then we come to offices
Office timing must be also strict from (9 to 5)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, thirsday.

Banks will also work as office timing but their deposit section will stay
Open 6 days Sunday holiday only.

Also we should make surveys of sources from where we can save energy like a
Simple example of changing bulbs with energy savers. Gov should import
Energy savers and provide people at cheap prices.

This system could save a lot of energy .at the moment our commercial sector
Stays open for the whole week and also stay open late night. By managing it
Properly it could save us a lot of money energy and labour.also traffic will
Be reduced by this system.
This is the whole solution according to the info I have.

less tube lights and bulbs and more energy savers and that too only when it is necassary. Switch off few lights that is un-needed and use 1 fan instead of two? use AC when it is really necassary and do not waste our water as well?

well its not about overuse its about management every market in our country opens late and keep opened for late night everyday. our restaurants opens 7days a week and opens at night. our whole sale markets opens at 12 noon and stays open till 9 pm 6 days a week. our retail market open 7 days a week. now who's fault is this public or government who make these rules.
its a propaganda to blame everything on the public. only the people in power are to blame.

Solution being offered by the author it self is retrogade. Rather it would better if more Electricity is produced and managed better with less loss in transit and checking pilferage.

While analyzing energy crisis we should not forget the addition of hundereds of megawatts on individual basis.
We have to find out the statistics of portable generators manufactured locally and imported in last one year.
This is co-operation enough from the public, considering the fact that present govt. came to power with the promise of delivering to the masses but in reality they are asking the masses to help them stay afloat for as long possible and next govt. may go to hell.
What i'm missing is any solid future planning to resolve the energy shortage and steeling.
Pakistan is the only country in the world which declare line losses to an impossible figure of around 40% (this is what it use to be 10 years ago) and steeling of electricity is always patronised during political regimes as a pay back to their activists and financers.
Ever wonder why indians are building dams and Pakistan's political govt. refuse same as a solution but in other matters they always quote india.
No news paper of Pakistan highlight this totally opposite appraoch of two countries.
We can build many heads on rivers as well and in my opinion pakistan must tap its natural resources without any delay.
Next we should focus on wind turbines and solar energy.
I personally was against the IPP plan of BB govt. and I'm still against any direct power production by burning oil or gas.
