my actual point was the expansion of CnC system which was planned to be installed on all seven enterance of Karachi city controlling all the weapon smuggling and target killers and extortionists

so if that system was expanded and made in collaboration with the police then we hadnt seen the menace in Karachi today

i dont think CnC system was active during 11 may, it came in 2008 while 11 may happened in 2007
