Relying on nukes wouldn't grant victory either...if nukes are to be used in Indo/Pak/China war scenario then all three will lose. The world will also suffer from a nuclear winter, severe food shortages, etc.

Also this article is just mere hype. A short range ballistic missile will somehow counteract all the enemies' capabilities? By that reasoning all the countries that possess short range ballistic missiles should stop acquiring/developing anymore weapons or warfighting capabilities. There's no more need bcuz clearly that'll win them their wars...even a two front war.
