If there is one law that says: The Party is allowed to do anything. There is no need for any other law. :enjoy:

You need to learn a little common sense of the law.
All the laws tell you what you can't do, what you can't do.
There's never any law that says you have to do it, you should do it.

It is YOU who should learn common sense.

On the list of national security laws provided, each law was 'responsive' or 'reactive', meaning it came because of a situation. In your China, there is no need for these laws because it is tacitly acknowledged that the Party is above any law, so there is no need for your rubber stamp 'legislature' to create any law in response to anything. Whatever the Party says -- go. So this thread is misleading. Your China is actually more security minded than we are.

The main above top-secret national security law has to do with the space ship that was reversed engineered in the late 40s.
