The boy in question is a high school drop out called "Sajjan Rai". Chinese looking, probably of Nepalese or North Indian . Was kicked out of a school in Manchester fro questionable behavior.
He regularly goes round "Flashing" at young girls of his age or nearly his age.
He was also seen pissing on graves and when asked not to, ignoring the advise.
Most probably a metal case.
Needless to say that White teens in this country also flash at girls of their age and more. My work colleague who is in her mid 30s was slapped on her face with a penis,while traveling in a bus in Central Manchester. The perpetrator was a white teen.
But when it comes to other ethnicities, the comment section will show the hostility.

yes i know what you mean but it under the cover or under a pretext. minorities committing crime will be exposed on newspapers, websites, youtube and all kind of racist comments will be blasted at them. if it is white guy then it is hushed and an excuse is given oh he is mentally not well.
Take look at YouTube video about London mayor saqiq khan, the whole crowd starts comment attacking him calling him a "bus driver son the fcuking pak i" etc. He is constantly questioned about his loyalty and there is institutionalized racism, the media, radio stations, even young students take a jab at him when it come to questioning him. I under stand that he is mayor but you gotta understand it is mason country, i bet you he only got that job because they want to degrade Pakistani muslims, watch how they say oh crime went up under him, immigration got worser, our jobs went, economy is down and its his fault but you see the real movers and shakers pull the strings. The mover/shakers will fund all kind of chaos like drugs will increase, police doing their bit by allowing crimes to go on and have hand in the drugs game. Just like under obama war was increased, healthcare funding was unacceptable, open borders, drugs increased. now same template for sadiq.

Crimes have increased against Muslim but no sound. BBC British Brainwashing Corporation is quiet.
Not only that jobs become harder for Muslims. Then they all wonder why we have ghettos.
