How does one reply to an Infraction Message from a Mod?

So how does one reply to an Infraction Message from a Mod? When I try to do so, it says my messages are below the limit need to PM.

Surely one should be able to PM Mods and Admins, right?

Can you reproduce your offending post here? The mods will get in touch with you themselves.

Contact the admin/mods via PM.

No actually MODs are no longer able to receive PM's. VCheng cannot contact you via PM. Your message will be delivered to him but he will not be able to reply back to you. This function is temporarily disabled for MODs as well.
