I recently saw, "Where in the world is Osama Bin Laden". In search of OBL, the film-maker travels throughout the muslim world, walking through back alleys and streets. He is treated with respect everywhere. He visits Egypt, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Pakistan. But there is one place where he is physically assaulted, has water balloons thrown at him, is chased away, shouted at and abused. That place, my friends, is Israel.
American teenagers are run over by Israeli tanks and US-Israeli relations remain unaffected, Americans are chased away and abused by the Israeli public and US-Israeli relations remain unaffected. Israel insults a visiting Vice President of the US by announcing the exact opposite of what America requests, and US-Israeli relations remain unaffected. Israel attacks a US Naval vessel and kills American servicemen, and US-Israeli relations remain unaffected. Is this a normal, natural relationship, or something far more sinister? That is for you to decide.
