How about Oil and gas pipeline from IRAN?

IRAN being an neighbour as well as a friend is rich of Oil and gas reserves which it wants to export to friendly Nations like Pakistan. As it tried in the past as well at present to export oil and gas to Pakistan. So its much better for us to allow IRAN to lay down pipelines for Oil and Gas from IRAN into Pakistan, Pakistan should encourage investors like from Middle East to invest in refineries so that these new and existing refineries will going to support the local needs as well as to Export this oil to INDIA, CHINA and AFGHANISTAN also through trucks and trains only. In way we will be able to generate a much more greater number of Jobs within Pakistan and Iran will gain an importer.

I am sure that Saudi Arabia will have no loss in this regards as it used to sell a bit cheaper fuel to Pakistan which it then can export to USA and other EU countries at an International Price.

I agree with the pipeline idea, but the one in bold my friend, will not be possible. India will never agree to take Iranian oil through Pakistan. As it stands today, after all the sanctions, India, China are the major importers of Iranian oil. Do you think Iran is gonna give that up for a pipeline? And why would India even depend on Pakistan for its oil imports? Thats just nuts.

Instead, we should complete that India-Pakistan-Iran oil pipeline. And maybe extend it to China too. So that all of us can benefit from it.

Iran has been willing to sell oil n build the gas pipeline for quite sometime its Pak who wasn't able to encash this opportunity maybe due to US n Saudi pressure..

Secondly, Saudis aren't in some contract to sell Pak cheap oil that ur trying to make them happy by telling them to sell it to other nations at international price but rather they do it as a friendly gesture n to keep u at bay from purchasing Iranian Oil...

Oil transport through ship is more viable for India

What makes you think that India will put its 11% oil imports from Iran, dependent on Pakistan dude? India will never agree to something where Pakistan will control something. Especially if India has to buy it FROM Pakistan.
