Good initiative. Its so obvious that PMLN wants to tax everyone from head to toe. I think PMLN should improve the taxation system so nobody can cheat the system and everybody pays the tax. Imposing 35% tax would discourage foreign pakistanis from investing, not only that, business community living in pak would put money in foreign bank accounts right than pakistanis. 35% sounds too harsh because its the business class that creates jobs by investing its money in the market. If we discourage them from investing, there will be less jobs. Thats just my perspective. Ishaq dar and sartaj aziz are obviously 10000 trillion times better than me so I cant say anything

Because there is practically no one with declared income above that high limit, so the government can be seen as increasing taxes on the "rich" without actually making anybody pay.
