can a regular soldier of pak army join SSG commandos or we have to be at least lieutenant or captain after 2 years of PMA traning to be able to apply for ssg?

The units don't like them very much though as the SSG goes and picks out their best.

I think most special forces world wide pick out the best troops from regular army and add them into their own.
