Has website changed ?

I am using forum on computer and all of a sudden something changed that is on top when using on computer Alerts used to be separately present but now their is my name with avatar written and when I put cursor it than it opens into a list which also includes alerts section which I click to go on alerts. So is it only me or these are new changes ?

My alerts are separate on the its on the right side of the Inbox button

It adjusts based on the screen resolution.
