Handing over leadership of PAF

Will there be any change in the way PAF works?? I mean with this will acquisitions of Aircrafts change as well as maybe a change of fighting regime and discipline??

Watching these Cadets takes me back 40 years to my days at PAF Academy Risalpur ( Class of 1972 ). Then Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was Reviewing officer and Guest of Honour at my Graduation and commissioning ceremony.
