He is supposed to clear the mess that took 40 years in the making with the entire media barking on him each day as if he stole and laundered all the money. He is a human after all. Now is the time to stand with him for the sake of country.

Pakistani print and electronic media is another bhatta khor (extortionist) mafia. 17 Billion rupees by federal government and around 15 billion rupees by Punjab government were spent in last 5 years by PMLN. Press Information Department, PTV, Radio Pakistan and other media related government owned organizations were taken over by the propaganda cell of Maryam Nawaz.

PTI setup should not pay heed to the extortionist seths by giving them billions of rupees just to stay safe from their baseless and idiotic verbosity against government instead IK govt should introduce a pay scale structure for media workers and merit should also be introduced. It will cause huge hue and cry within the ranks of CPNE and APNS members.

Pakistan needs austerity in real meaning and media is consuming huge chunk of our budget probably near to 10 billion rupees annually directly from govt resources. Moreover, the advertisements from multi nations, local conglomerates is also making a large part of media revenue. All newspapers and channels should be heavily taxed, they can give the government more than what they are taking from government in terms of advertisements.

According to some rough ideas, merely Jang Group (GEO, Jang, News) have more than a billion rupees payable in terms of taxes. Pakistani government needs some war footings work to twist the arms of seths from every sector and take trillions of non paid taxes from them.
