They informed that Allai Khwar was located on the Allai Khwar River, while the Duber Khwar project was being constructed on the Khan Khwar river near Pattan District, Kohistan.
The Jinnah hydropower project is located on the right side of the existing Jinnah Barrage, 5 kilometres from Kalabagh town in District Mianwal. According to PC-I, the project will cost Rs13.55 billion, with foreign exchange component of Rs6.61 billion.
The Satpara dam is being constructed on the Satpara Nullah, downstream of Satpara Lake, with an estimated cost of Rs4.48 billion. The project will generate 17.36MW of hydropower, besides irrigating 15.54 acres of land and supplying 3.1 million gallons of drinking water per day to Skardu city.
