Govt. should setup "Audit Courts" to audit & investigate each corrupt company, institutions, people and business/govt deals

• Strengthen and upgrade power of "Auditor General of Pakistan "
• Bring the independent Auditor General Head to senior level.
• Build Task force under Prime Minister and hire Financial Experts and Judges to investigate cases
• Introduce Investigative and Fraud experts into "Audit Courts"
• Build the country’s image to encourage investors to pour capital into Pakistan.
• Overseas Pakistanis should also be encouraged to invest in their homeland where they send billions of dollars in remittances. They should be accorded respect as well. Audit Reports and Auditor General of Pakistan should keep track of all transactions and avoid misuse
  
• Bring strong legal framework must be put in place that is helpful for signing contracts in a transparent manner in order to avoid litigation in courts.
• This will restore the confidence of investors and they will inject capital to boost the country’s economy.

That'll just lead to another court system having thousands of pending cases.
We don't need another department. We need to streamline the courts already available and change our laws and make them more relevant to today's time and age. All our laws at present are either entirely colonial or little worked up version of it.

No! Donot want to shock you but there are more than 1.87 Million cases in Pakistani Courts: https://www.dawn.com/news/1384319, that what ur normal courts unable to resolve yet, thats poor.

We need to have just one simple judicial system. The more the departments we have, more complex and confusing the system gets. Which turns out to be inefficient and more loopholes are provided for criminals to exploit.

No yar. More departments doesnot means more confusion although redundancy can happen, look at US it has nearly 20+ different audit and investigation departments.

Where is get the judges for the court? They are all corrupt, unless you want to move it Saudi Arabia.

And do you believe US has a just and fair judicial system which works perfectly?

There are always loopholes in the system but Pakistan judicial system is f*up, poor people in jail and thiefs in assembling.

Our judicial system is too slow, and has failed with millions of pending cases, they are just money hungry ppl.
