I'm launching this inquiry in reference to so called Geneva convention on PoW only applicable to Pakistan.
According to official Indian statements, India has been conducting surgical strikes on Pakistan very regularly and even some times it's pilots are captured by Pakistan security.
Now every time Indian soldiers /pilots are captured US & UN pressurize Pakistan for immediate return of captive.
Indians and Pakistanis had been playing their respective roles of an aggressor and forgiver from past 70 years.
I want to know, where does the buck stops?
Is this not a stupid law, which is being exploited by clever India or stupid Pakistan is being exploited over and again!
