Enemy is living as civilians in common people, they appear, attack and disappear. Can we launch a general camouflage program, no police anywhere but police and law enforcing persons everywhere. Catch the enemy while ignorant.

1. Remove CNIC, use direct identification system where needed, that includes thumb impression.

2. Don't tell anyone your name/religion/sect/province. Use verification form obtained from point above.

3. Don't use special transport except when properly secured.

4. Don't carry emblem of any kind.

Security forces use the same points plus

1. Remain in civilian form except when special movement.

2. Remain in back up formation whether in uniform or civil.

I second your opinion ....I have written an article about the same issue ...this lust for protocol is something that the terrorists exploit every time ...It's like a double edge sword ...!
