The government and Military come with concrete policies and laws (Islamic Sharia Law, which are toughs in nature )to end the vortex of violence, which means alleviating the Pakistani Nation's conditions that create these insecurities across Pakistan. In other words, focus on economic development, humanitarian assistance, and with nary a JF-17 or Al-Kahlid tank in sight.
