G7 VS E7

Was checking out, why nations like China was in there. Until I noticed, that no developing nations are allowed in the G7.

G7 consist of France, Germany, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom, United States and Canada

E7 consist of China, India, Brazil, Russia, Mexico, Indonesia, and Turkey.

According to PWC, E7 will economically be stronger then the G7 BY 2019.

So question is when will E7 be calling the shots, like G7 did today about Libya and military wise can E7 ever be stronger then G7?
