Framed As a Terrorist is the harrowing and heart-rending narrative of an ordinary young Indian man, from the by-lanes of Old Delhi, who was kidnapped by the police, falsely accused of being a terrorist, framed and kept in jail for almost fourteen years.
Released after a long and incredibly difficult legal battle, after surviving torture and solitary confinement, Mohammad Aamir Khan remains committed to the secular and democratic values that he grew up with. He refuses to be defeated, or to give up any of the dreams he has for himself, his family and the country that nearly destroyed him.

So,what country would return him, there are numerous cases in which falsly accussed peoples just ended up spenting their life behind bars or getting shot in fake encounters.
In our part of world there is strong need for change into Judicial apparatus.

Police arrests poor innocents and tortures them to confess the crime they did not commit. Happens all the time!!

Every masjid in a muslim Indian ghetto stores shitloads of weapons. Everyone in India knows this.

Yes I agree. It is everpresent problem in world, but of course it takes on special kind of hue in part of the world where there is no real push for making rule of law and courts (esp checks and balances) better than "marginal".

Everything from knives to automatic rifles. Behendi Bazaar and Mohamad Ali road in Mumbai is notorious for such activities.
These are common in many parts of world.

It is one of the worst systems in world. An FIR can be lodged gainst you and you are straight away sent to Judicial Lock and it's up to you,you are able to prove yourself guilty or not.
In one case in Pakistan,a person served 17 years and at last when he was proven innocent and finally his papers were sent to jail for setting him free, jailer wrote back that he died 2 years ago.
