You can join regular army as officer for Long Course or Specialist courses if you are a Doctor, you need to be of Pakistani origin (i.e.: Born in Pakistan, mother or father born in Pakistan), when you go for Recruitment and Selection you will be required to renounce your foreign nationality.

Than sadly it's a no go. Unless you want to come and live in Pakistan for 5+ years and try to claim nationality?

There is nothing like a foreign legion in PA, but I'm pretty sure that there are ways that foreigners can enlist in Pakistan. After all, one of Pakistan's most beloved air marshals was Władysław Turowicz (Link), a Polish man who later became a citizen and defended Pakistan's skies against Indian air raids during the 65 war.
