While we are still more than 100 days from Election Day, should Joe Biden win, there would be a significant change in US foreign policy. We have heard Biden’s stance on Kashmir, but it’s naive to think he will shift America to the left.

While we are still more than 100 days from Election Day, should Joe Biden win, there would be a significant change in US foreign policy. We have heard Biden’s stance on Kashmir, but it’s naive to think he will shift America to the left.

Better relations with US allies ... maybe slightly better relations with China (but definitely not much since the Democrats also intend to be tough there). As for the Kashmir issue, probably a continuation of Trump's policy. It would definitely not be in the US' interest to side with Pakistan on the Kashmir issue. If anything, I would not be surprised at all if the Democrats decide to further increase relations with India to isolate China because they are generally much more geopolitically savvy than the Republicans (especially the Trump admin).
