First Canada highway to Arctic officially opens

In Tuktoyaktuk, a 50-year dream has finally come true: A highway linking the Canadian town, nestled on the shores of the Arctic Ocean, to the rest of the North American continent has opened. Residents hope it will bring tourism and an economic boost to the remote town. (AFP video)
