What happened where the dollar did not lose much compared to other currencies is the USA bullies other nations to demand and use dollars for the purpose of raising the value of dollars and lowering the value of Pakistani Rupees.
More recently, the Federal Reserve invent money in the trillions and some of those trillions are used to short sell other currencies and commodities to make the dollar appear valuable.
Dollars are more worthless than toilet paper, however, the military is used to prevent this from being realized by the world community.
The accepting of dollars and buying USA goods makes your currency worth less, because the ponzi scheme played by Washington.
