I am pretty sure they dont have spirits in base or hash in flavours so i guess water for base and most likely apple mint for flavour(a fav of the ladies)

I made one during my collage time with plastic jar and tubes. can't buy Hukka online out of fear of getting caught. Just tried couple of times and didn't end well. I found myself swimming on the floor.
