Does pak military have advance medical tech or devices

USA/Russia have designed med devices over the years for NASA or for the military.
e.g

(Hulda Clark, royal rife bob beck protocol - non military and denied by FDA) but pemf devices, nasa light healing therapy, plasma healing etc russia designed muscle stimulator.
india too is started to copy the devices including china but china is not advertising it but i heard from youtube lectures they are on to this reserach.
pemf device was designed by russia for alcoholic soldier to get off drink. Schumann resonator is now used on planes at 7.83hz earth frequency.

So what is wrong with pak military why are they not interested in these tech that are very advanced and can help soldiers boost immune system heal quicker etc.

budget may be a constrain.

lolz budget constraint this is investments that wil comeback immedately. people will buy when they reconise what it can do. if armies dont buy and invest in soldier they should giveup no use showing off blowing cheap trumpet at parades.

This tell me armies dont understand high tech medical quality. a cheap b grade movie producer even knows that armies should have high tech medcal devices as they show in thier dystopian movies.
