Discussion about Army's operation against Talibans in FATA

Hi all....

I want to know your point of view about Army's Operation in FATA against Talibans. I want to start a discussion to know the reality of Talibans. where have they come from and whats their agenda in real and how can we make dialogue process with them for peace, Or Power/Operation is the only solution to finish them from Western Border of Pakistan?
