The problem with the young Chinese here is they really have zero understanding of nuclear weapons (seriousness of fallout, radioactivity) and casually throw out completely dumb assertions without even thinking. They think nuclear weapon strikes can be handled just as easy as the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic strikes which have thriving cities today.

This is the difference a nuclear weapon makes over a primitive atomic one. Unlike Hiroshima or Nagasaki these islands hit by nuclear weapons are still unlivable 70 years later. The radiation has a half-life of 24,000 years.
