DG Rangers Sindh on program Off the Record right now

.

This is one of its kind interviews which I am seeing where DG Rangers Sindh is sitting on a news program and giving interview. Now yesterday Zardari threats Government now DG Sindh is on TV. This interesting

Don't make useless assumptions. This is not Call of Duty going on. DG's interview got nothing to do with Zardari's threat. Such threats are common.

. . . .
This is must watch interview for all those who were crying that crimes in Karachi have gone up. DG Rangers Sindh has proven them wrong by the way I really hope this DG Rangers get promoted to Lt General Rank.

.
Important points :

-In last 25 years 90 thousand people have been killed in Target killing incidents in Karachi.

-Karachi has only 14 thousand active policemen, while Delhi has 82 thousand.

-Police is allotted 89 Billion PKR to counter criminals/terrorists in Karachi while Rangers only get 5 Billion PKR still get are more efficient and successful.

--News about increase in kidnappings/street crimes in Karachi is just propaganda, spread by electronic media/social media.

-All types of crimes/terrorism in Karachi have decreased by average 85-90%.

-Most of the criminals involved in street crimes are drug addicts and illiterates or under matric people.

-MQM London still has an active armed wing.

and many more....

Only the crimes under the purvey of Rangers have gone down, such as kidnapping, terrorism etc. He acknowledges the rise in street crime such as mobile phone snatching, car and motor cycle snatching. And he says the real solution to these problems is solving drug addiction, increasing education, and employment.

No street crime have not risen in fact went down. Watch the show again. They have also went down only problem is people don't agree to become party in the cases when they capture these street criminals and thus they get out.

Also DG Rangers busted the myth of low turnout in elections in 2018 General Elections voter turn out in Karachi was 48 % which was only 42 % in 2013

@21:54 there has been a general upward/constant trend in motorcycle incidents. Interestingly enough, he remained completely silent on it! He just presented it without making the statement that it is going down.

Secondly, these are annualized figures. Recent complaints are about a surge in recent months, not the entire year. There has been a sudden upswing, if I understand correctly.

He talks explicitly about cars and mobiles, but not about two wheelers. Look around 21:54.
