so trump loss the election
No. Like it or not, Trump won. For an incumbent president, the status quo from a mid term election is a win. The Congress is balanced, Democrats in the House and Republicans in the Senate. That mean whatever the Democrats in the House want to do to the country their ways the Republicans in the Senate will counter. And vice versa.

Trump's tax cuts remains. He may not get more tax cuts, but the Republicans never counted on that any way. So a stalemated Congress preserves Trump's tax cuts and that is one win.

Trump have a better than 50/50 chance of nominating another Supreme Court Justice and this is the Senate's domain, so even if there is no SCOTUS nomination at this time, that possibility/probability equals to a win.

If the Democratic margin in the House is less than 20 seats, Trump wins again because in every contentious issue there will always be a few undecided and the larger the majority margin, the greater the pressure to comply with party majority. Less than 20 seats majority and those undecided maybe independents on those issues. A lot of those Democratic seat gains are from new Democrats who publicly declared their distaste for Nancy Pelosi as returning Speaker, so this is a sign of their willingness to be independents. With less than 20 seats majority, Trump can force a reformation of the ACA to the point where it is the ACA only in name but the contents will be Trump's and Republicans', so Trump win again.

In terms of foreign affairs, the Senate advise and consent to treaties, so with a Republican Senate, another win for Trump.

If House Democrats decides to investigate Trump for multiple reasons, keep in mind that Trump have his personal team of attorneys and the Office of the President have its own attorney and staff. That means Trump can stall those investigations until the next House election which is two yrs away. In those two yrs, Trump will take the House Democrats to social media the ways he have been doing and let the voters make their decisions at election time. So House Democrats investigation of Trump will be a half win for Trump.

With a stalemated Congress, Trump's economy will continue as is and if the economy continues to perform positively, Trump win again. The Democrats at this time have no one palatable for 2020 and two yrs will be fast coming. A positive economy will push Trump over the %50 threshold for reelection.

Trump is B43 in the sense that both men wants and works hard to cultivate an image of a bumbling fool. In terms of intellect, B43 is higher than Trump, but in terms of political shrewdness, they are the same.

Still think Trump is 'stupid'?

Nice spin job, Gambit! :partay: Sound awfully familiar:

If you cannot disprove what I said, then it is not spin. :enjoy:

Most senate seats were not up for election, so their was little movement

And Trump lost the republicans a thumping majority in house in reps only 2 years into his first term

You look at too much Sean Hannity hick

What you posted did not disproved what I argued. Take his tax cuts for example. Can the Democratic majority House do anything to it? Not.

And you being in the UK, maybe you should stay out of our politics, idiot.
