Assalamualikum Everyone, I recently opened an account in Bank Al Habib Limited. I got a visa debit card. Even though the card is activated, but I can’t use it for online shopping, or can’t enable monthly subscription on websites like Netflix. Called the helpline of BAHL, but it’s taking to long.

Can anyone please help?

I guess you'll need to contact their support and request them to enable Internet transactions. Moreover, UBL is also providing some dedicated online purchase only cards which is good, as they work like a prepaid card for Internet shopping.

Ask them to activate card for internet.

Alternatively apply for UBL wiz or MCB lite or a credit card of any good bank.

Their Customer Service Number isn’t
on here. Usually there on the back of your bank card
