Their previous idiotic plan was to kidnap anyone buying Amerikan and 'jail' them for 20 years of sodomy.
It did not go over to well. It had the support of terrorists called 'Congresspersons', it would have passed, it had the majority support in some fake entity called 'Congress', but the ACLU was ready to challenge it.
