Majority of People Tend to Point out one thing regarding qualifications and experience

Currently Pakistan needs a Team Which is Qualified , Honest and Hard working team
even if this guy on his own doesn't have enough Qualifications but if hes willing to work for his state and country
I think its far much better than those with Qualified Corrupt People.

As Majority of these positions have Staff which give them all states , and all the info in current scenario
PTI needs a person who can interact with people in Punjab on local level who people can see actually working beside them setting example so PTI can Gain Hold in Punjab just like PMLN had so in next election they Form majority on there alone

Major Parties shy away from long term projects because it wont affect them if project completes in 15 Years and at that time some other party in power , PTI has to understand that and they need to Set Long and Short term goals for Nation and regularly update people on the progress so People can actually see the progress happening

Creating Roads , Schools , Hospitals , Police station this should be done with Loans and should be done by state itself as it will create job opportunities , training more people and one benefit Since Punjab has the biggest population and they are able to Train Majority of younger generation with Good incentives they can relocate these people to other Smaller backward areas of Pakistan it will help create a better image that Provinces are helping each other and not everything is just being spent on one City or State

He is honest but more importantly let his ministers take oath. He would have awesome names like Dr Yasmin Rashid and Murad Raas and Mahmood ur Rasheed in his cabinet which would totally change the game

Honesty is a good step but the question is ...is he a politician material? Politics is more than honesty!

He might be honest and incorruptible and that are enough traits for his selection under the current circumstances, talking about rooting out corruption. At the same time he looks docile and servile...might be actually a good choice for south Punjab economically left behind and with the south Punjab separate province very much on the cards.

For me as a Punjabi...he should be educated and have interest in uplifting the province by addressing urgent matters like education and health!
