This is mostly Middle Eastern event, and most full time SOF are not interested in these type of comp to begin with, figuring Pakistani SF would have better things to do in Pakistan rather then sending a team that far away for 3 weeks to do a comp, most of these team are either close to Jordan or are reservist.

Also KATSOC recently becoming a joke and not being treated seriously by most in SF circle.
