I was just putting a hole in his argument. Btw just like USA, China too have populations centers and then vast areas with almost no population. They are not that different size vise.

CCP usually lets the other countries figure all the other stuff you mention, and then when time is ripe, just harvest.
So that all the 5G to 15G towers can be dedicated for surveillance.

One exception - the Chinese POPULATION however is always on the lookout for better VPN shields
