Don't worry, the Russians were bogged down for many years in Chechnya taking heavy casualties. Many roads were littered with headless Russians for miles. Anyways what can you expect the Russians to do, fight without an airforce and armour just because the enemy doesn't have the same capability? No one said war should be fair, even though there are guidelines and laws to follow, if the world's superpowers don't abide by them, why should anyone else?

I salute Chechen Fighters, They are the true Mujaheddin, Just compare How Georgia Fought against the Russians and Kneeled Down in front of the Russians and How Chechen Fighters are still Fighting the Russians.

The Only problem is when these Chechen Fighters came to Afghanistan to ask for help from Taliban (which they thought was good idea as the Taliban were Victorious against the Russians in the Past), The Taliban used them against Pakistan and Pakistan has caught many Chechen Fighters and most of them were killed while fighting with their own Brothers, its so sad to hear something like this.

Actually Chechans never came to Afghanistan to ask help from Talibans. And Talibans (in Afghanistan) holds no illwill (except some gillay shikway) for Pakistan. (I am talking about the real taliban movement, not these thugs call themselves TTP).

The connection between Chechan fighters and afghan fighters are made on the bases of equal brotherhood. Afghan fighters went to Chechnya in scores to fight (on their own) and Chechans (right from the begining of the Societ-Afghan conflict) came to Afghansitan for Jihad against Soviets.

It was the Muslim brotherhood that made people come from as far as mauritania to fight the Russians in Chechnya and Soviets in Afghanistan. (Tho one can argue who mobilised them).

The chronology of events were somewhat like that: So when United States started with carpet bombing, without giving any prior notice (since the negotiations of giving OBL away or ousting him from Afghanistan were underway) while talebans were asking for proofs against OBL from US so they can either give him away to them or punish him, but when United states refused to give proofs to Talebans, then the Talebans shoora decided to oust OBL and informed United states they will kick him out, so hearing that NEWS, United States threw a fit.

Because (as we all know) OBL was never been a reason of invading Afghanistan. the occupation of Afghanistan was planned quiet a few years before 2001 happened. (Just as we believe now the invasion of Pakistan was decided a few years ago and its just a matter of time now, when they would make their move on us).

So united states, unprovoked, invaded Afghanistan and started indiscriminate bombing, that pushed the fighters into Pakistan.

And then we all know how United states made Pakistan to launch an operation on Waziristan so the freedom fighters that took sancturies there do not pose any threat to US troops in afghanistan.

Pakistan was "yes sir" and went right in on the people it trained in the first place to fight soviets and launched a massive operation in Waziristan that surprised the fighters, since they were already our assets in afghanistan and chechnya and then some deals were struck by giving passage to chechans to leave the area and they did, (one general was against the deals, named Alvi, who was later mysteriusly killed, as it is said he was working for United States) and those fighters were killed who still wanted to fight Americans in Afghanistan. We just became accessory in killing freedom fighters who are fighting the occupation of Afghanistan, that were once supported by us.

And then all the political gustapo followed that how the "foreign militants" (that once were Mujahideen and celebrated fighters) were killed in Waziristan (without provocation), simply on the dictums of United States under the pretext of WoT. And the master was stil lnot happy and pushed the PA further deep into civilian areas on the name of dealing with militants and now, we are on a verge of catestrophy.

I am not sure if you are ready to see the facts through neutral prospectives since nationalism is dripping from your every pour as far I could read you a few posts. I can go on line by line and answer your every "dream bouyant" information that you claim as fact, but it would be useless.

However, I would love to challenge you on why America is in Afghanistan to prove that it had nothing to do with OBL, neither Alqaeda, that does not even exist, but the pure imperialism that has gotten into your head.

Taliban (students) were the product of Pakistan ISI and Saudi 'royals'. Talibans were the orphans of Russian occupation. ISI provided arms and training to Taliban to guard the 'Silk Route' from China to Pakistan - while Saudi 'royal' funded them to create sectarianism in Afghanistan between Sunni majority and Shia minority.

Bush Zionist administration has plan to occupy Afghanistan even before 9/11 for economic reasons. Afghanistan is known to have oil, gas, gold, and uranium deposits. Furthermore, Afghanistan is the shortest route to build gas pipeline from the Caspian Sea to Pakistani port of Gwadar (Balochistan).
